One foundation, many uses
The national strategy names the Foundation layer: data, infrastructure, talent and governance. These demos show what that layer does in practice. Each story runs on the same knowledge model, so every next use is faster to build and easier to check.
Every office knows its own form. None of them knows the others. You get the pieces, in no particular order, in their words.
Shown: nine steps; a real move has more. The order below is not written down anywhere. It is worked out from what each step needs and what each step produces, across all offices.
One thing, many names
Why the offices cannot simply talk to each other: they mean the same thing and call it something else. The shared model holds the meaning once.

Each principle of the Charter is written once as a check in an open standard, one your auditors can read and run again. The register is checked against all rules in one pass. Change a rule, or add a system, and everything is checked again: governance that can be verified, not only read.
The question is answered inside the foundation, where the offices’ records are joined. The pilot gets figures per district, never a row about a person. Groups smaller than five are withheld. The records stay with the offices, traceable on their side.
Also for Islamic finance: the order of steps
The ruling of the bank’s Internal Sharia Supervision Committee is held once, with its condition. Every murabaha is checked against it: did the bank take possession of the asset before it sold it?
