Samture Excellence Center
By some 250 certified people, today. And we are growing that group fast, because the region needs more of it than there is.
From fragmented knowledge to regional intelligence
Knowledge across the Gulf is everywhere and connected to nothing. The answer was never a better model: it is the foundation underneath it — and the people building it.
The problem, in four sentences
Knowledge across the Gulf is everywhere and connected to nothing. It sits in systems that were never built to speak to each other, in formats nobody agreed on, with no shared context between them. And then we ask AI to reason over it. What it cannot see, it invents.
The answer was never a better model. It is the foundation underneath it: knowledge that is connected, governed, and traceable to something real. Design that foundation properly once, and everything an organisation will ever want to do with AI can stand on it.
What gets built
The same six as in the film. They are not a menu: a foundation that is missing one of them is not a foundation.
Designing connected knowledge foundations.
Policies, stewardship and regulatory alignment.
Connecting entities, data and relationships.
Embedding AI responsibly into ecosystems.
Enabling collaboration and regional value.
Protecting data, rights and national interests.
Who builds it
The Excellence Center is not an institute in the making. It is the combined building capacity of Samture and its delivery partners: some 250 engineers, architects and data specialists who are working on foundations for organisations across the Gulf today.
What makes them one whole is not a logo but a standard. Every engineer who works on a Samture foundation is measured against the Samture competence standard. That standard defines what the craft is: which roles there are, what each role is accountable for, and how a delivery team is put together. Samture designs the foundation and stands for it as a whole; the partners stand for their people.
The architecture, the standard, and the foundation as a whole.
The knowledge graph, the governance, the connections, the security.
One engagement, one accountable party. A result at engagement level — not people by the day.
Why we are growing
Every organisation in the region that takes AI seriously runs into the same wall: there are too few people who can build a foundation that can be trusted. Not too few who can call a model — too few who know what has to be true underneath it.
So we bring people in the region up to the standard, fast: engineers from the partner organisations, and from November 2026 a first cohort entering through the Samture Academy. Both routes end at the same bar. Whoever clears it, builds.
The strength is in the mix. The Center is made of people who have done the miles, and of new talent the region itself brings forward. Experienced and young train each other: one brings what only years of building teach you, the other brings the questions that keep the craft sharp. That does not work as a course. It works as a community — people working on the same kind of foundation, seeing each other's work, and making each other better. What grows out of that is not a supplier. It is something the region holds in its own hands.
Who this is for
Every engagement begins with a structural assessment. Two minutes tells you where your foundation stands.
We work with specialists who bring a formal background in semantics and hands-on delivery. Partner organisations: begin a conversation.
