We are building toward a Samture Academy and Center of Excellence: training regional talent in knowledge crafting as a real profession. Internships with universities in the region come first; scholarships for talented young people follow as we grow.
What we look for
Deep, demonstrable skill in your discipline — semantics, governance, security, delivery. We benchmark everyone we work with; expect to be assessed the way we assess partners.
You work in regulated environments where answers must be defensible. If “it usually works” satisfies you, we are not your place.
Every meaningful transformation begins with curiosity. The people we love working with ask the question behind the question — and then build the answer.
Selective by design. We do not run job boards, and this is not an open invitation: we work exclusively with specialists who bring a formal background in ontologies or knowledge representation and demonstrated, hands-on semantic-web experience (RDF, OWL, SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL) in production.
