We advise organisations on governing data properly. It would be poor form not to be precise about our own. This page describes exactly what this website collects, where it goes, and how long it stays there.
This website is operated by Samture Management Consultancy FZCO, IFZA License 67098, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything on this page, write to operations@samture.com.
Three things happen on samture.com that involve data. Nothing else does.
1. Visitor statistics. We use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It records the page visited, the referring site, and a coarse country, browser and device type, and reports those to us only as aggregate counts. There is nothing in it that identifies you, and nothing that follows you to another website.
2. The readiness assessment. If you complete the assessment on the Capability Index page, you give us your name, role, organisation and email address, together with your answers to the twenty-four questions. We use these to generate your report and email it to you, and we send ourselves a copy so that we can respond sensibly if you get in touch. That copy goes to two Samture mailboxes and nowhere else.
3. Nyra, the assistant on this site. Nyra answers questions about our work. To produce each reply, the conversation is sent to Anthropic, which runs the underlying language model. If you mention an email address during the conversation, that address and the conversation itself are emailed to the same two Samture mailboxes, because at that point you are asking us for something and we would like to answer properly. If you ask Nyra for a meeting, we generate a single-use booking link through Calendly.
We keep the list short on purpose, and it is complete:
We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we run no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind.
The email we send you, and our copy of it, stay in our mailboxes under normal business email retention, because they are part of a conversation with you.
To stop the assessment form being abused, our backend counts how many reports have been requested per day and per email address. Those counters are deleted automatically after three days: long enough to enforce a daily limit, too short to amount to a record of you. If you would like yours removed sooner, ask us and we will remove it.
Conversations with Nyra are not stored by us beyond what is described above. Plausible statistics are aggregate and hold nothing that could be traced back to you.
This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to operations@samture.com and we will handle it ourselves, without a ticketing system in between. You are never required to use the assessment or the assistant to reach us: email, WhatsApp and a direct booking link are all on the contact page.
If we add something to this site that touches your data, this page changes first. It is the reference point, not an afterthought.
