A federated digital twin for connected infrastructure
Roads, bridges, drainage, signals and lighting each have their own systems, and increasingly their own digital twin. The next ten years of growth and climate hit all of them at once. Samture connects what already exists, so a city can see what is coming and decide where to invest first.
Sharjah
A city of heritage, a daily crossing into Dubai, rain rehearsed before it falls, and University City. Then one federated digital twin that shows Thursday before it happens, and helps decide what to build first. Scenarios in the film are illustrative. Abu Dhabi
The Smart City Federated Twin in 84 seconds: four bridges onto one island, a land bridge of trucks and trains from the east coast, and the districts still to come.
Dubai
The same twin for Dubai: downtown after four, freight shifting from the east coast, Expo City and the new corridor.

What sits underneath
Each system in a city sees only its own part. Federate them on one shared model of every road, bridge, underpass and lamp, with location and time built in, and every system starts speaking about the same thing. That is what turns separate twins into one picture, and a picture into a decision: where to invest, in what order, and why.
Existing systems and twins stay in place. They get richer data back instead of being replaced.
Every recommendation leads back to its data, its model and who approved it. That is what makes a budget decision defensible.
Runs and is supported in the UAE, on infrastructure the government controls.
Where it shows
Every application below is a module on the same foundation. A city can begin with the question that presses most, and every module that follows gets richer because the first one is already there.
The way in is the same as for every Samture engagement: a structural assessment first, then a demonstrator on open data, then an investment roadmap for the next five to ten years. Every engagement has one accountable Samture lead, from the first assessment to production.
